The App

Captain's Log is a work-journal application for iPhone and iPad, developed by 941 Apps, LLC. You may use the App for your personal or professional use in accordance with these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

GitHub and your content

You authorize the App to access the GitHub repositories you select, and you are responsible for having the right to access that content. Your repository data and the journal built from it belong to you. Use of GitHub is also subject to GitHub's own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the App to access repositories you aren't authorized to access, or in violation of GitHub's terms or applicable law.

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Generated notes are a convenience built from commit evidence and may contain inaccuracies; treat them as a starting point, not an authoritative record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941 Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or this website.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
